Viene segnalata e descritta una raccolta di Coprinus xerophilus Bogart avvenuta nell’areale romano. Viene fornita una descrizione dei caratteri morfologici e microscopici. Vengono, infine, fatte alcune considerazioni sulle sequenze ITS, tef1 e rpb2.
Abstract
A collection of Coprinus xerophilus Bogart collected near the city of Rome is here reported. A description of the macro-morphological and microscopic characters is provided. ITS, tef1 and rpb2 sequences were obtained and compared with those of the most closely related species.
